For over a decade, Alexa has shaped some of the most recognizable brands in wellness, beauty, and fashion. She has served as Head of Social and Community at OLIPOP, Marketing Director at Goldie Tees, and ultimately founded her own agency, Social Bloome, based in Los Angeles.

She has been a key contributor to the growth of multi-million dollar brands, known for her creative eye, collaborative spirit, and authentic approach to marketing. At OLIPOP, she scaled the brand's social presence to 200k organic followers and was part of the team that helped grow their retail footprint from the ground up. Past and current clients include Juice Beauty, Zero Acre Farms, and Lark Ellen Farm, brands she believes in because they're innovating in their categories and bringing customers products that are better for their wellbeing and the planet.

Social Bloome works with brands at the intersection of creativity and community. Alexa builds custom teams tailored to each client, offering social media management, content creation, creative direction, ecommerce and ad support, and community management. She helped launch two multinational creative agencies and has led work for clients including Stella McCartney, adidas, La Mer, Estée Lauder, and Prada. With expertise in creative operations, production, and storytelling, Emily bridges wellness, beauty, fashion, and the outdoors to craft impactful narratives and experiences.

    Alex Mayan is a digital marketing strategist and data scientist with 15+ years of experience scaling brands through performance marketing, analytics, and AI. He has managed $10M+ ad portfolios, led campaigns that generated $60M in a single quarter, and helped Youth To The People become the #1 fastest-growing DTC brand in 2020. A former Harvard Business School guest lecturer, Alex brings expertise across SEO, paid media, email, and analytics to guide global brands in turning data into growth.

    Cailley Brin is a marketing and brand strategist based in Ojai and Santa Barbara with over five years of experience helping small businesses and entrepreneurs build cohesive, growth-driven digital brands. Formerly Creative Project Manager at Dieux Skin, she led cross-functional campaigns and creative storytelling initiatives that elevated brand visibility and engagement.
